I'm going to have a guest lecturer for one of my classes and my teacher said she will give extra credit to people who can come up with good for him. He is an athletic performance/supplement guru. He researches e ethings like protein, creatine, and i know he has done extensive research on ephedra.
Can you guys come up with a few good questions for me to ask him?
I wanted to ask: (which some of you guys can probably answer cuz i know there are gurus here, like my man who researched the effects of acne medicine and lifting in another thread) : I know if you consume too much protein and dont use it, it gets converted to fat, same with carbs. it all gets stored as fat....well....Are there differences in fat stores that were created from excess protein compared to ones from excess carbohydrates? Which ones get used up first? which ones are easiest to get rid of once u develope them? (if i had to guess, i would say once they are converted into fat, its all the same format and burns just as fast)
QUESTIONS PLEASE, what should i ask, what do u guys wanna hear from this "guru professor" at my University?
