  • Breakfast Replacement Powder!

    I've been thinking. I went from not eating breakfast to having protein shakes and sometimes poptarts. Although its betetr than no breakfast i think i could still do better. the problem is i dont have time to make breakfast. and although egg whites isnt that hard to do i dont think i can stick to that, plus iit cant be that good. each egg only has 6 grams of protein and thats if you eat the white and the yolk. most of the protein is in the white, im not sure how much is in the yolk.

    anyway I thought about having a MRP. since im good with the shakes everyday. a good Meal replacement powder could help me out. My roomates use Ultimate Nutrition - Muscle Juice. The stuff is heavy, 4 scoops, 1000 Calories! 18 grams of saturated fat though. 152g of carbs, 77mg of cholestrol, 55g of protein. I dont know how good this could be, it has so much saturated fat. i dont like that at all.

    Can someone recommend a MRP that would be ideal for my breakfast replacement meal? I dont know about the muscle juice mainly because of the saturated fat content.

            Strawberry Poptarts have been proven in study after study to upregulate levels of protein synthesis by over 200% if consumed between the hours of 4am and 5am. After this information was widely disseminated in early 2005, several top bodybuilders and I'm sure several on this board began to center their mornings around poptarts--waking up 3-4 hours earlier than they normally would have to take advantage of the "Golden Poptart Window." I highly recommend you do this, as I and many others have seen steroid-like gains by using this method. Of course after an 8-12 week poptart cycle, you will need to run a PCT consisting of Snickers and Milky Way. Sure, that almost sounds like a joke, but its harder than it sounds. You see, you must pulverize these two delectable bars into a powder and then suspend that in oil. From here, it is recommended that you inject 1ml of a 20mg candy/1ml solution into the pelvic muscle E3D.

            One more thing to close. Despite its massive deliciousness, the new Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Poptart is no where near as anabolic as the Strawberry variety. Its has been compared to Winny in terms of its anabolic effects. That being said, you might want to start off your cycle with just this compound (Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough) to see how you react to poptarts. After having tried this, for your second cycle you could incorporate something stronger, say something like this:

            Weeks 1-12: 200mg Strawberry Poptart E3D
            Weeks 1-4: 50mg Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ED (or "The Chip" as it is called in the underground)
            Weeks 11-20: Candy Bar Susp. PCT

              2 scoops of casienate protien
              7-10oz of milk (skim if you want)
              1 tbspn of natty pb
              or 1 tbspn of oil oil, flax seed
              1/2 -1 cup of oats
              blend

                      why not wake up a little more earlier man, say 30 minutes earlier. It takes like 5-10 minutes to make breakfest and around 3-10 to eat (depending on how fast u could eat).


                      One mistake i used to do when i was in high school, wouldnt eat breafest or just have a shake. It didnt do me ay good. But as soon as i started college, i started making more time, getting up earlier and eating breakfest.

                          making my own sounds good. but the faster the better.

                          i will look at "up your mass" what brand is that?

                          i cant wake up earlier. im in college and have 8 o clock classes. and i get out of work 3 out of the 7 days of the week at 2-3am. and i party late into the mornings once a week. see the problem? and i cant change the work schedule, thats how it is.
