    has anyone tried it? I bought 500 mgs and it is the single worst tasting supplement I have ever tried...it tastes like biting into a pool tablet...is this what CEE tastes like, or is something wrong?

      The shit tastes nasty. Like baking powder and elmers glue. It's not only the bulk nutrition stuff either, I had the allthewhey brand, and it tastes exactly the same.

            IMO, everybody should start just trying monohydrate cause it works just fine for some people. Why spend the extra money if mono works fine for you? I only switched to some of the other forms because I didn't see much or anything from mono and definitely saw a better reaction to some of the esterized creatines.

              Do you drink it by itself? I always throw a tbs in with my protein shake before and after workout and I can hardly taste it (I got it from allthewhey)

                I think the hybrids are overrated. I have gone back to the Monohydrate.

                  Have any of you tried the Elite-K creatine mono?? I have read allot of good info regarding it, and they only recommend you take it on days you train... I always bloat, no matter what creatine it is... I have 2 bottles coming in the mail, we will see if it is as good as it is touted being patented with the ph levels and all... They have the patent from 7-12 ph, which is supposed to keep everyone else from getting close??

                    Yeah, CEE is some nasty junk no matter how you slice it. I just stick with Creatine Monohydrate, as I don't have any bloating problems from it. Unless it's already in a mixture or bloating is a serious issue, I think monohydrate is just fine.

                              You get used to the taste after a while...or put it in your shake, u wont taste it...althoguh im using it and I see no better results then with monohydrate...MAYBE slightly less bloat, but hard to tell, u know?
