  • Help me in finding a working supplement

I have been bodybuilding off and on for 3 years now, and am finding it really hard to find supplements that work, after the pro-hormone ban. Is there anyone out there that has any good suggestions for supplements,, I am looking for bulking up and am not worried about putting on fat, because I have an extremly high metabolism. Too high actually.. Please help.. Thank You

Have you looked in our nutrition section?

Yes I have, but I am looking for a supplement other than the obvious vitamins, and creatine, and proteins. I have tried some creatine monohydrates and tri-creatine malate,, but I am looking for something bigger, or just a extremly good stack.

Not to sound like a broken record, but it's sounds like you need to fix your diet. If you you are so dependent on a supplement then something else is off. The only reason PH worked as well as they did is because they were steroids with more sides.

I agree with every thing said. EAT TRAIN REST AND GROW.

How many calories are you consuming? Use fitday.com to monitor yourself. If you have a fast metabolism then you really need to make sure that you are eating enough

Supplements will only aid. You should not need anymore then Creatine, Protein, Dextrose/Malto/Vitargo and multivitamine.

Change your training routine as well.

I agree with the other fellows here: get your diet in check, up your protein, add some creatine, and get a solid post-workout drink, and you're set.
