I disagree. The AMPd is just an ephedra free alternative. Not as good.Originally posted by glowallaNothing. There is no supplement out there that will make you ripped or even significantly help you in getting there. I have gone from spending ~$75 a month on supplements a couple years ago to spending around $13. I wish i knew all that I know now back then so I didn't waste all that money.
Just to name a few
T3
Clen.
Ephedrine HCL (also supresses appetite)
Caffiene
Yohimbe
Green Tea Extract (also antioxidant)
500-1000mg Calcium (b4 bed and in the AM.)
L-Arginine
obviously a low carb/high protein diet/plenty of water and cardio.
Its also calories in vs calories out - product called SyneBurn (good for suppressing appetite)

T3 and Clen do not fall into the same category as AMPd--you know, being that they are illicit and incredibly dangerous and all. Those two substances do work, but carry much higher risks than legal supplements.
As far as everything else--green tea, yohimbe, caffeine--i, nor anyone i have ever spoken with, can quantify to what degree they have accelerated fat loss. GTE is great to take as an antioxidant. Yohimbe and caffeine are great as a stimulant. I would buy these supplements for those reaons. However, neither will speed up lipolysis by more that 1-2% (probably much less)--not something I'd be willing to pay for.

I've thought about T3 and Clen, but just do not feel educated enough for them...I'm thinking of throwing in some R-ALA with an E/C stack and amybe looking into L-Arginine
If Caffeine is a stimulant, then wouldn't it stand to reason that even if it doesn't improve lipolysis, it will increase exercise intensity thereby leading to greater fat loss?
