C . E . E cap or powder

hello. I am was going to purchase some c.e.e but every thread here i read people complain about the taste. so i was wondering if the pills are as good as the powder and if all of the c.e.e is the same / or is there a good specific brand.

I prefer cee in powder form, I don't know that's there is a particular difference between the the two regarding how good they may work, but the taste of the powder really doesn't bother me at all....plus it's cheaper

I've heard the glycerine in CEE is bad for your teeth. So i'd get caps if the price isn't a biggie.
