  • would creatine go with this training?

so i have a couple questions for you guys about creatine these days....

    1) would creatine benefit my type of training?

My training is not body builder type training. Im happy with my wieght/size but if i gained a few pounds of quality wieght i would not mind. Im about 5' 8" 173lbs havent taken bf% in years but i would guess 12% doesnt really matter too much as long as my abs are visable. So my training is pretty much high rep body wieght stuff with sprints integrated on one day, and wieghts useing squats/deads/standing barbell press etc. another day. So my goals are to up my anaerobic capacity and condition my muscles to be able to endure punishment for set amounts of time with little breaks in between.
I guess i coulda summed it up by just saying i want to condition and strengthen my muscles while uping the cardio.....wieght gain is acceptable but not the main goal.

    2) i kinda figured this out by reading some recent posts. The question was what is the latest greatest creatine these days?
Havent used it since it first came out back when i was in high school and back then there was only muscletech, and EAS and it didnt dissolve and was like swallowing sand mixed with water, you had to load up for like 5 days etc.....didnt really work for me either. I see on these other posts people talking about cee creatine and what not, so maybe ill check on that.

i use CEE from bulknutrition.com or from customnutritionwarehouse.com both are excellent sources. i usually let it dissolve in some coffee works wonders for me. IMO you will def feel a strengh gain.

      CEE is definitely superior creatine.

so do you have to load up on this stuff like the old days? Also would a non-ephedra thermogenic interfere with the creatine?

Nice, no loading. Well i think im gonna try it.....for 7 bux per hundred grams i can afford to get a month supply and not worry too much if it does nothing for me.

Anyone have any input on the thermogenic and creatine question though?

no loading with CEE and all you need is 2-3 gram day.

Thermogenics tend to cause narrowing of the blood vessels, which is counterproductive to the cell-volumizing effects of creatine. I would keep them seperate.
