Satur8 and Water Weight

Im looking to cut down on body fat right now while gaining a little bit of the mass i have lost the last year back, lean.


i was wondering if satur8 would make me hold water?

I think it depends on you.Some people seem to hold more water than other. I tend to hold it pretty bad on any creatine.
