Ok , my gains are doing great. Just a quick question on amino acids ok i got about 1000 free tablets of amino acids and want to put them to good use, it says to take 5 tablets now these shits are phukin huge, but i can take it it says it equals out to 1500mg , now onto the questions :
Should i take them in the morning/evening/afternoon?
What times?
Will they help me stay in an anabolic state as stated on other sites?
Will it help in recovery? well will it really?
and can i use it as replacement for protein shakes?
