  • Allsports Nutrition prices

Recently I have been buying from my local gym. But looking at the prices it seems like I have been wasting money. Has anybody bought the optimum nutrition Whey from allsports nutrition?

I've used Allsportsnutrition on a few occasions and found success. They have very fast shipping. I order my Daily One TWINLAB vitamins from them. The prices seem reasonable. Check em out as they are a board sponsor. By the way, welcome to the board bro

It's always quite cheaper to buy online. ASN is a great place to go.

Good to hear. Keep us posted.

I'm new to this site and I'm also just realizing that I have been getting ripped off at my gym and at GNC compared to the prices that I have seen on the internet. I have been using basic protien shakes for a while now and was looking into doing something more. I was looking into creatine. Does any one have any suggestions on what to use? And is creatine my best option? (I posted my stats and goals in the newbie section if you wanted to see them)

                  Thanks guys.

Search for creatine on this board and you will get a ton of opinions. There is basically, monohydrate (the older version) CEE (the newer version) and a ton of supplements that include creatine. Dymatize Expand was one that was suggested by YJ. As far as creatine you really have to try it for yourself and see how your body reacts. Everyone is different.

Not to hijack this, but when the Canadians on board are buying, are you getting charged duty? The prices look awesome, but I don't want to get hammered on duties/taxes.

If the Canucks have a better option for protein on-line, let me know, but I'm most interested in supporting a site sponsor.

In researching I have found that there is a regular CEE and there is a CEE HCL (Creatine Ethyl Ester Hydrochloride) Does anyone know if one is better than the other or if it just a marketing scheme?

I have never used creatine before and I heard that it tastes pretty bad, so is it better to get capsules?

Also, in researching I found some directions to take a serving pre-workout then post-workout, and other directions to take in the morning, and then at night. Which is better?

I know some of the answers to these questions might be a matter of personal preference, but I would appreciate insight from your personal knowledge and experiences.
