    I am interested to know what your supplement stack looks like. I have always noticed that the basics along with a solid diet are the most effective, I just want to see what you guys are using so perhaps I can make changes to my stack.

      All The Whey Protien Blend (chocolate mint) - I don't notice a big difference in protiens. I go for taste.
      Milk Thistle(wal mart)
      ALA(wal mart)
      Flax Oil (wal mart)
      Potassium(wal mart)

      Bulking right now, but I change my calorie intake for cutting, not so much my supplements.

        Dymatize Expand- I dont really use this much. I took some time off from it and I feel bloated and crappy when I take it now. I would rather be able to get my meals in on time, especially on lift days.

                right...reviews and stuff...I am bulking, I am about 59 weeks out as of this weekend.

                the CEE is the single most disgusting thing I have ever put in my mouth in all the days I have been on God's green Earth. It doesn't just taste bad; your tongue tries to reject it. that being said, creatine isn't test suspension; you won't jump out of bed and scream "wow, it's working," but when I've taken it, I have noticed better recovery between sets

                the ATW is good...not the best protein I've ever had (that would probably be ON) but it's the most inexpensive

                glutamine...multis...vit C...it is what it is

                NO-Xplode I used to take, until it ran out -- now THAT was fantastic. Not to sound like a MuscleTech ad, but I got so pumped and my arms got so stiff I almost felt like I couldn't do my next set
