    The fact that they named it almost identical to the real drug sounds like deception even more than marketing. Even more untrustworthy.

                I would suggest that you sell it to an enemy. You're going to screw up your body especially since things like this require pct etc. Also, I am not trying to imply that you are a kid but you "sound" like a highschool kid looking for a quick fix - I would go as far as to say that your diet probably still has Lucky Charms and Poptarts in it - no?

                    That's all I was implying - post your diet and we'll help you. That is where you'll get the most results from anyways. The pro-hormones are very harmful but if you're set on taking them you need to do some "crash" research on what kind of pct to run etc.

                      oh ok man sorry i took it the wrong way ok in the morning i take a protien bar eat 6 or eigt eggs at 9 a shake at 12 like cant or raviole or three or four lean pockets 5 chicken or salmon and tuna anther shake at 8 or before i go to bed tuna sanwitch and another bar is that what you wanted

                        I will let foghat give you the details since he has so much more expierence. But basically if you don't make it from scratch (e.g. grilling the food, boiling the rice, cooking the potatoe) you shouldn't eat it.

                            It will be great to get some hands on help, but you probably won't get it. Until you get a more detailed response, search through the nutrition section. There is so many sample and basic diets in there. Plus you will see you are not alone in your venture.

                              Very well put - don't worry about finding someone in the "757" area. We're here 24/7 - search around the nutrition section - calculate your BMR - list your goals, list a proposed diet and we'll fire away. Diet is the key to anything you do when trying to change your body so start there and save your prohormones for later. You'll already have them in your possesion so they won't be going anywhere. Changing things one or two things at a time will teach you what is working and what is not so start with the most important part - the diet - and you can build on things from there.
