  • use of xpand

hey guys, its been a while since ive made my own thread but i just had a question about the use of xpand. ive been useing it and i really like the results ive had. i did a search on the use of it but i havent really found what i was looking for. i was wondering if i should cycle on and off it and if anyone has any tips about it that could help me, ive been useing this site for a while now as a good source of research. any help would be great.

some people say you need to go on and off creatine. Some say you dont. I only take it after workouts sometimes. I have been lately because I'm working out in the evenings and I only eat 2 meals after my PWO shake. When I'm lifting in the morning I dont usualy take it because I get bloated and its hard to get all my meals in. I only use it PWO so I dont think I need to cycle it. If youre doing every day and a lot I could see trying it. maybe take it for 2 months and if you start to feel diminished effects take 2 months off.

I found Xpand or the hybrids did not = strength gains. Besides the great pump it was an expensive creatine solution with a worthless NO2 precusor. Monohydrate is better IMO. I would def. cycle it. I suggest reading up on why...

Your right everyone responds diff. to supplements. I heard the same and I used it for a year or so. I think the hybrids arent as good IMO.

Its your money but I didnt find it really worth it. If anything buy bulk CEE in capsules.
            Xpand - $38.00 for 50 serv. approx 1 month supply; $456 a year.
            vs
            Monohydrate - $16 for 120 serv.

I'm sure you already know this but eat more. If youre maintaining now, just add a little more protein and a little more carbs and you should start seeing some pound increases.
