I have been taking these multi vitamines and they have been leaving me with a gaggy feeling after i have taken them. Also a couple of times i have actually thrown up after taking them. Has anybody tried these out? Is this feeling jsut because my body is gettting used 2 them?

have been taking them for at least 2-3 yrs. never had any problems

I've found that it does that to me if I take them either on an empty stomach or first thing in the morning. I guess my stomach just isn't ready for them first thing. I take them at lunch and haven't had a problem.

I read all the stuff it has in it, it doesnt look like it has anymore than most vitamins out there. I think Im going to try the Beverly International super pack.
