  • Timing and Combinations of Supplements

    I've got: Hdt Whey 'Protein', MuscleMilk, Ultimate Nutrition Massive 'Whey Gainer', L-'Glutamine', and 'Creatine' Ethyl Ester. Should I not use any of these or is there anything out there that I should consider in addition?

    I'm about to start lifting again and i want to put together the most ideal schedule for taking these supplements.

    QUESTION 1: Is their any combination that will compromise the effects of one or the other product if taken at the same time?

    QUESTION 2: How should I time the products?


    Would this be bad?...

    MORNING 7:30am: [4 Scoop Whey Gainer and 1 Teaspoon Glutamine Shake] and maybe a sandwich/cereal.
    LUNCH 12pm: Just Food
    PREWORKOUT: Creatine + [1 Scoop Protein and 1 Teaspoon Glutamine Shake]
    POSTWORKOUT: Creatine + [2 Scoop Protein and 1 Teapoon Glutamine Shake]
    DINNER: Just Food
    LATENIGHT: Just Food
    BEDTIME: MuscleMilk and 1 Teaspoon Glutamine

    I think that guidline you listed would be fine.
