  • Lion Nutrition Clen/T3

I was wondering if anyone could help me decide on using the clen/t3 combo or just the clen alone. I've been reading conflicting opinions, some say its not a good idea to use t3 because it burns too much muscle. im only looking to lose about 10-15 lbs. My diet is decent and i will be doing cardio 3-4 days per week along with lifting 4 days/week. Thanks fellas

What did those "conflicting" opinions that you read tell you...

that the rebound effect of t3 would be pretty bad as well as burning muscle

I have studied T3 in depth - It is pretty strong stuff and can play with your natural thyroid production. What does are you considering? I personally, have put it back on the shelf - I also need to just shed the last 10 - 15 lbs - Have started to make sure I am getting 6 small meals in a day to speed up natural metabolism, drinking a gallon of water a day, AM weights and PM Cardio with 1 rest day - results are pretty clear after about day 4 of this - Good luck-

I think that you are doing it right. Do your six meals a day, eat lots of protien and low fat, and drink plenty of water. If your doing all this and still want more, then supplement your diet. Keep up the good work, and keep us posted on your success.
