I'm am a ridiculously hard gainer and was looking for a good supp. to put on some mass, and I know the first question I would ask is what's you diet like?And mine is right on track. Anybody got some that they think work well? Also, on a side note i was gonna pick up some no-xplode becasue of the good comment i heard on hear for keeping your pumps. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The only reason I se to take something like Xplod is to get a little extra energy. If you want creatine, get just creatine without all the other stuff.
Like you said, it's all about your diet. What does right on track mean? How many calories are you getting? Are you careful in how you calculate. I have found it is way harder than I thought it would be to eat more cals than I need with clean food. If you are having a hard time. Up Your Mass is a pretty good shake to help get some more cals.

About a month ago you said you had a diet that was working and you were sticking to it strictly. If it has stopped working then it's always good to post it and get some advice for a few changes to get it jump started again. Remember that as you get bigger your BMR will go up so your diet needs to also. Being as hard of a gainer as you describe, one little change like NO or creatine probably won't do the trick.

I think the way I wrote my question was inaccurate, I was wondering if any body has success with a certain brand on weight gainer? this is my diet as follows:
6:30am- Glass of 0.J. 4 eggs, triple serving of mini wheats or a bagel
9:00am- 40 g protein shake and a bagel
12:00pm-16 0z. of either steak, chicken or lean hamburg
3:00pm- 40 g protein shake and crackers,peanuts,cashews
6:00pm- 16oz. steak or chicken,usually with some carbs like spagehtti, noodles some type of pasta
9:00pm usually like some tyson chicken strips equals out to like 60 g of protein
bed at 10 or 11
This is exactly what I eat everyday, any suggestions would be appreciated.

get some more quality carbs during the day, I stick to oats in the morning and use the bagels(not a good option) or whole wheat bread or pasta for more carbs later. Try knocking back a cup of low fat cottage cheese before bed too. MHP makes a decent weight gainer.

More GOOD carbs is a great way to add some size.

One of the best supp out for hard gainers is from a company named LA Muscle, the supp itself is called Norateen Heavyweight 2. Found from alot of clients and friends to work the best.
You caould also change you whole structure of meals around. Include more fish, more protein per gram. Sardines, mackerel (also natural creatine source), tuna and salmon. Either from the tin or fresh.
Also wit your carbs, Porridge or oats in the morning with banana or strawberries, 2 slices of wholemeal bread and your oj.
I highly recommend basmati rice or wholwheat pasta as your main carb sources throughout the day with a baked potatoe thrown in.
Plenty of steak, broccolli, cabbage and any other dark coloured veg.
Have at least 3 of your shakes daily, last one just before bedtime, some caesin protein for slower absorption from the body. MHP do a good slow releasing protein over 12 hours consisting of whey, soya and caesin.
Also even try changing your training routine, as in time of day. Morning are great as testerone and GH levels are high after sleep.
