  • Ephedrine in cycles?

I just recently started taking Lipodrene containing 25 mg Ephedra per tablet (http://www.directlipodrene.com/shopexd.asp?id=63&bc=no). The recommended dose when using the product for weight loss is 1 tablet an hour after breakfast and then another tablet 1 hour after lunch. However, I am not taking it to lose weight, I am only using it to intensify my workouts and to give me that boost I need on days where motivation and desire are lacking. I work out 5 days a week and have been taking 1 tablet prior to every work out. It has only been a week since I started taking it, but am pleased with its effects and will continue to use it. I have heard and read about Ephedra needing to be taken in cycles when used for weight loss (14 pills a week). Is it still necessary for me to take it in cycles being that I am only consuming 5 tablets per week? If so, what type of cycle?

You dont need to alternate ECA 2 wk OFF, 2 ON like you need to with Clenbuterol.
