    Hey guys,

Been away for awhile recovering from a torn tricep that put an end to upper body workouts for just over two months now. Doing rehab now to try to get some strength back into it, but I think it's gonna be a long road back.

Anyhow, I have a week long, 500 mile bike ride/party coming up and I haven't trained or anything for it, so I'm racking my brain on how I'm gonna make it through it with some shred of dignity. Besides eating properly and carb loading before the event, what supplements can I take to help myself recover better each night? Creatine is the only thing I can think of off the top of my head that has been proven at all. Are there any other or new supplements that will help in recovery? Vitamin B, perhaps??! Thanks!

Do you use B12? Might be difficult bringing it with you and injecting ED but it may help.

Not yet, but I certainly could--if I could get it in a week and a half.

A good quality whey protein, also maybe some glucosamine/chondrotin

If you order it from Sup. Research it will get to you in a couple days. It is a little expensive for B12 (from what I hear) but the service was great and very fast. I'm going to start taking it again when I start bulking again.

Hey Give this a try http://www.allthewhey.com/Recovery/rejuvenix.htm it's called Rejuvenix, I played football and ran track in college and alot of my ex-teammates are in brutal camp right now and are taking the stuff, they love what it does to make their muscles recover. It has a mix of protein, creatine, taurine, and electrolytes.

L-glutamine would be another good addition.
