  • Creatine and cytosport

I'm not sure the research has been done on this but I was wondering if anyone has had a similar personal experience. I've had a good bit of success using cytogainer and muscle milk, both of which contain creatine monohydrate. I like creatine but hate the bloated feeling and the fat face that inevitably follows when I use it. I want to keep using cytosport but thought of trying CEE with it. It's my understanding that you will only absorb so much creatine and then piss the rest out. My question is, if I take the CEE early, can I run a block on the monohydrate and maybe curb the bloating? I've done other things like cut my sodium down but it hasnt made a big enough dent. Any advice would be appreciated.

With a 3 gram CEE dose I never noticed any bloat.
