alright.....its my last year of high school now,and as you may know 12th grade is the most common year for any age group on taking roids.but im not guna,i just want to know what to stack on anything but roids.so any advice on what to stack?i've already taken some pretty potent stuff,i eat a lot of chicken,eggs,meats and of course a lot of shakes along with pasta...just want to know what i could take for an extra boost on some weight gain before fball season.

What does pretty potent stuff? Just because you dont inject it doesnt mean it cant hurt you. Do you have a set diet? If not you need one, if you do post it up along with your other stats in the nutrition section and get some advise. Some type of creatine may help but its called a supplement for a reason. You ought to be able to pack on a few more pounds if your diet and workouts are on track and you get enough rest and dont party to much (I didnt play but I partied with the football guys)

potent stuff?well i took tren x-treme a few times..got soem really good gains on that,uhhh....yeah i took NO a few times and creatine.uhhh lets see,in the morning i have 3-4 eggs with some kind of bread.then right before i work out i have a scoop of protein and banana,after workout i have 2 scoops and some pasta and chicken,for dinner i have about 16 oz chicken and 2 scoops of protein before bed.

Youre not eating enough. If you want gains you need to eat a ton more carbs. You dont get hardly any at all. When I'm bulking its ahrd to get down all the food for the day. Harder than the lifting easily. I would get to reading in the nutrition section or look in the beginner section for Controls Bulking diet. Read about BMR and find yours. When you have something you can live with, take your time and post a diet in the same format others have and get some feedback.

Look in the nutrition section for some diets and adapt one that you can follow. You want a balanced diet that you can stick to. You will get plenty of very knowledgeable help from guys that no a whole lot more than I do but they arent going to hold your hand or do it for you either.As far as NO stuff, I wouldnt recommend it. I do like Xplod which has NO in it but I only use it when I need a little extra to get me to the gym. Creatine is different for everyone and some react to some things better. You should read about the different types and try some for yourself. You dont need the fancy brand stuff, try allsportsnutrition. Be careful too, I have dome Dymatize expand and I took it after a workout one evening and I couldnt sleep worth a poop after all that caffeine.

Creatine would be a perfect option for someone your age.
