  • Question regarding Multivitamins

    Hello everyone !

Its good been able to post questions in here and see some good answers coming out. Really appreciated.

    So heres my question:

Ive actually just started using a multivitamins complex. Universal AnimalPal to be more precise. And ive heard some people talking about multivitamins at the gym and after joining the group they came to the conclusion that multivitamins like AnimalPak are not so useful since our body as a very hard time digesting it. Something like our metabolism not been able to desintegrate the caplets corectly, because the doses are too concentrated and because some ingrediants are not "userfriendly" because were not use to eat them, and thus far not been able to absorb all those vitamins.

Are they right ? I dont know...but those things they said...did make sense and got me wondering if it would be a good idea to crush my caplets with a mortar and pestle and then take them with a tablespoon of water.

    Thanks for your help

PS: Again, please forvige my english. Im french canadian

I take an ass-load of vitamins, but it doesn't cost me much cuz I just buy the generic ones at the supermarket. I probably piss most of them out but I don't care cuz they're cheap. I wouldn't pay alot for those packs that the supplement companies sell.

I only take vitamins if there is something lacking in my diet. Sometimes a calcium supplement, but that usually it. I have a pretty well balanced diet. I don't think there is any need to overdue it.

            Universals - Animal Pak
            or
            Beverely Int. - Super Paks
            or
Kirkland High Engery (which is usually sold out)

I think the serious lifters need more than the average person or "weekend warrior" and cant get it all from diet. Sometimes ill take two paks in on a training day.
