I am planning on trying this supplement out, instructions being to take 3 tabs 3 times/day on an empty stomach. Empty stomach defined as 30-45 minutes before a meal or 2 ours post meal. I eat about 6000 kcals/day and rarely have an empty stomach. I do assume to take this when I wake about 30 minutes before my first meal, half way between my third "snack" of egg whites and lunch(a time frame being 930 eggs and 11 lunch) and the last dose post lifting meaning about 7 with my 2 last meals being 730ish and 9(protein shake and pasta). Any suggestions will be appreciated, but if this is to be taken on an empty stomach doesn't this sound easily to be for starters that maybe aren't eating enough???
