OK, So i just joined this Forum thing. I am 5'10" weighing about 210lbs...and its not the look i desire to be. I want to gain muscle mass yet cut off the flab that is currently on this body. I have tryed many workouks, but i lose the desire to maintain due to complicated work schedules. I bounce around the states and beyond, i find it hard to stick with a program. after reading DECs issue of Musclemag International, i am going to try to do this 28days of cardio to drop some pounds. My goal is to be 185ish, cut and built. For those wise in the Lifting business...are there any good exercise i can use to build up what i currently have, supplements or no supplements? What should i take? I have been tryin to read up on different types of proteins, what is best? If you have anything that i can use, such as recommendations from personal experiences or your own research, i would greatly appreciate it. Are anabolic steriods legal? I am in the military and don't need to be popping for anything that can cause me to get booted out.
