Natural Anti-Inflammatory

Any one have any suggestions for a natural anti-inflammatory, one that does not have to be perscribed?

Well, this is still in relation to my back problem. I have been taking 800 mg Ibuprofen, which does have anti-inflammatory. I'd just like to know some extra sources to maybe help speed up the process.

What doesn't make sense? I am asking are there any other sources or anti-inflammatory medicine, other than what can be perscribed. My father-in-law is a doctor but doesn't like to perscribe medicine is it can be avoided. I'd like to take some more anti-inflammatory to calm the imflamation in my back.

Is this a dumb question? Am I asking it wrong?

It doesnt make any sense. Idont know what you mean by "Natural" & there are serveral that dont require a perscription - NSAIDS which you are already taking. Bro stick with the perscription IBuprophen 800mg is a lot. Wait it out. Use ice/heat i gotta run ...

All I meant be "natural" was non-perscription. Something maybe found in foods, etc......I get your point, maybe it wasn't worded correctly. Thanks for your help.
