I thought I may have covered this 10 days ago when I gave you a rather sufficient list of site addresses for supplement suppliers. But I guess I can walk you through it step by step.
1. go to the site address line in your browser
2. type in "http://www.legalgear.com" (don't put in the qotes)
3. hit enter
4. click on the graphic at the top of the page that is displayed and says "LegalGear cutting edge products"
5. Go to the Categories search section on the left
6. scroll down to the Protein/Gainers section
7. scroll further down to the Protein-Whey subsection
8. click on Optimum 100% Whey 10lb
9. click on the "In Cart" Icon in the lower righthand corner
10. Click on Checkout
11. Follow the directions in giving your shipping address, billing address, and credit card info.
12. Now, here is where it gets tricky, if the submission and confirmation doesn't work, you have to send your order info (shipping address/biling address/ credit card info) to [email protected]
13. They will send you a confirmation email, and a tracking number for your order
The above directions will get you 10lbs of Optimum 100% Whey for $41 plus shipping. This is the best price I have found.
In the future, go to the sites I listed earlier in this thread and look around. It isn't that hard, and you'll become more familiar with what supplements are, what they cost, and where the best places to buy from are.
