    ok these are the supps i have and i want to what is the best way for me to use them to see some gains ( note do not tell me to get rid of a certain product and get a certain one, these are the supps i am staying with)

    twinlab mega creatine stack ( i can not stomach powders) 5-g's before workout
    vitamin e- one a day
    mutl- 1 a day
    vitamin c 1 a day
    bcaa's- usually take about 8 a day
    cal/mag- 1 a day
    GABA- How many and when should I take it?
    Beverly international ZMA- it says take 3 before bed, how many and when should i take them?
    Vanadyl Sulfate- says take 1- 3 per day, i read that anything over 50mg's per day can be toxic and if i take 3 caps that is 60mg's. SO how many and when should i take these?

    also have On pro complex.. take 1 shake a day after workout and i am thinking of making it 2 a day

    vitamins in the AM with breakfast
    BCAAS 4 pre workout, 4 post
    GABA-750mg-1.5g 1 hour before bed.
    ZMA-.5-1 hour pre bed
    Vanadyl, 30mgs pre, 30mgs post workout

      Agreed w/ Pro.... although you could drop a couple of those and not miss a beat .

        I would at least bump the Gaba up to 2gms or 5gms.
