  • recommend me something new...

    currently im taking Orastan-A and was wondering if there is something else to take along with it to maximize results...??

    im basically trying to get in overall good condition..

    Supplements:

    Multi's
    Flax seed oil
    joint support
    orastan-a
    and of course protein...

    so wat should i add in??

          supplements should be an after thought. you need a good diet and exercise program. what is your diet like, we can work from there.

              haha ok... well first off dont be hard on me, im actually a college student on a tight budget so i mean i work with what i have!!!

              I eat every 3-4 hrs 4 times a day

              *as soon a i get up 25gram protein shake
              1- (2hrs before gym)
              3 eggs omlete (1 sliced tomatoe, 1 piece turkey breast)
              2 slices wheat bread
              2- (30minutes after gym)
              -protein shake or bar (colassel 100gram or shake)
              1 can of (tuna/salmon/chicken)
              1tbspoon m. whip and mustard
              3- (dinner)
              2 chicken breasts or some type or steak
              1 cup brown rice or wheat pasta with marinara
              ether lettuce and tomato or hot peppers with light dressing
              4- 2 cups of assorted dryed fruit and nuts
              50gram protein shake

              I run 1.5 miles every day before my workout
              and do assorted core training exercises every workout along with reg routine
              ***
              My goal is to gain another 15lbs of lean muscle of the course of the next 3 months and basically be in top condition somewhere around 9% bodyfat i think is a realistic goal

              Supplements (to clear everything up)

              wake up..
              1 multi
              1300mg flaxseed oil
              1500mg glucosamine hcl w/ msm 1500mg

              before workout
              Gaspari Nutrition Orastan-A (5a-androstan[2,3-c] furazan-17-b tetrahydropyranol 50mg)

              after workout
              900mg L-leucine
              630mg L-Isoleucine
              270mg L-valine

              with dinner
              1 multi
              1300mg flaxseed oil
              1500mg glucosamine hcl w/ msm 1500mg

              I think that covers everything up...

                you have the basics down. sure things could be better but like you said, you are a student and it can be tough. i would try and get more healthy fats in there. natural PB, extra virgin olive oil, fish oil, etc..

                i would cut out those carbs at the end of the day and have them more towards the start of the day. the dried fruit etc.. isn't doing anything for you besides being stored as fat at that time of day.

                  when i cook, i usually use extra virgin olive oil, i should have added that in there...

                  What is a good tasting brand of natural PB??

                  do i need the extra fish oil when eating salmon almost daily? and taking the flaxseed oil?

                  And just to clearify, i usually eat my last meal 4 hrs before bed, (the nuts ect ect then a protein shake like right before i get in bed)
