So a little while back when I was researching different multivitamins and came across something interesting. It was some guy that posted not to take your multivitamins with food that has a lot of fiber, because fiber can block the vitamins from getting in your system. Any truth to this? If its true i dont know quite when to take them cuz I eat oatmeal at least 3 times a day every day.
