multivitamin question

i was wondering what you guys thought of QUEST mulitivitamins. I take one pill a day, and everyday my piss is bright yellow, even with consuming my 4.5 liters of water a day. when i dont take the pill my piss would easily be clear throughout the day with 4.5 liters of water. so i was wondering if its bright yellow because im pissing out the vitamins? do any of you guys take this brand?

its common to have the bright yellow pee. your never going to utilize all of it. you may want to try taking half in the morning and half at night.

alright thanks guys, i'll try half in the morning and half in the evening. i just figured maybe it was making me dehydrated but i wont worry about it
