not sure why you would think that. it is one of the few proven supplements. has been for over 10 years.

I have used monohydrate and i put on shitloads of water weight like crazy, and i was constantly bloated. the Ethyel Ester is "supposed" to keep the water weight at a minimum and build more muscle, but i have taken that and i got cut from it, so who knows what is supposed to work properly these days

Its generally just with monohydrate (which I still use and I think its still pretty underrated with all these new super-duper creatines). I inevitably hold water with pretty much all creatines, regardless of brand, etc. Most CEE products dont bloat me too much, but the more I read about CEE, the more unimpressed Im becoming.

YJ, Is that w/monohydrate, krealkaylyn or Ethyl Esther? Do you have any experience w/the later two? I work full time mowing yards and go to school full time. I only go to school 2 nights a week, the other 2 are online. But with everything else, I choose to only go 3 days a week.
