Need some help

My dad is in his 70's and he says that his get up and go got up and went and he wants something to give him some pep I was wondering if any one here could help me out

Haha, i like the way you worded that.

keeping in mind that he is in his 70's, i would advise that you have him go see his doc and talk about some options. i really wouldn't feel right telling him to take something that could give him a heart attack or something like that. it gets tricky with someone in there 70's and supplements / HRT
