              Two questions...

              First one is for bigscott: What kind of effects or results do you get by taking it before and after workouts? I always thought getting the blood rushed into the muscle was beneficial during workouts. Does it help with nutrition uptake post workout?


              Second is for everyone. I was wondering what you guys would think about 5g of L-Arginine mixed in a strong as cup of black coffee for a preworkout mix. Sounds like it would be a kick in the ass!!

                im gonna have to say no on that one grinder, it taste like shit its really bad. I mix mine with like a shot glass of water and shoot it followed by a glass of water to get the taste out its bad. def would not reccomend with cofee since kinda hard to slam coffee. maybe some caffenine tabs but dont really see the benefit besides a headache about to come

                    make sure it is the free form powder. caps and all that shit dont really do the job.

                    i have been using 5 grams in the morning on an empty stomach and 5 grams in the afternoon on an empty stomach. i notice a fuller feeling even when not lifting. like i can feel my heart beat in my hands and feet and shit. lol. pretty cool.

                    and yes it taste like absolute shit. i mix it with water and just chug it. it actually taste like that fishy shit smell that comes out a dogs ass now and then. fucken nasty.

                                arginine increases your blood flow - [ hence the pump ] with slin it becomes the ultimate shuttle system

                                another great time to take it is just before sex -- the increase in blood flow gets it so you can hold a car up with that fucker :)
