Expiration dates

How long does a product last when its been open (as in freshness). I have a bottle of milk thistle here which I opend around 10 months ago while taking a product but discontinued its use. I also have some other supplements and vitamins that I did not finish using. Just wondering if they are still good to use. They were stored in a dark cool place, cabinet.

Forgot to add, the milk thistle expires on 10/2010 along with the others.

I was getting my ass kicked with school and work. I hardly had anytime for my self, so now its a little more easy and more time.

yes sir. I just back at it yesterday from a 3 week absense but I didnt lose much size nor strength, at around 225. I still managed to eat my usual diet and all. I will post some pics in the near future.
