Hey guys, I was reading the post about adequan and joint relief, and I took some stuff that's supposed to be for humans called aflutop, it seemed to help a little but not what I was hoping. I noticed you guys said that fish oils are good for joints, could you give me some more information on it? I would appreciate it.:dunno:

Fish oil is first priority. After that you need to go get yourself a Glucosamine/Chondrointon supplement. Preferably with MSM.

You should check out Cissus Quadranglis - I have heard/read good things although I believe it's more suited to tendon & ligament health, however it does help with inflammation.

Definitely get the fish oil - it has a host of benefits for your body & mind

No, I haven't tried any of those OTC, I did just order some glucosamine, chondroitin with MSM. I also just ordered some fish oils, so I'm looking forward to using them.
