Which multivitamin to use?

I've been using Centrum over the last few years, but I didnt know if there was a better one out there? Such as GNC's Mega Man or any others out there.

Thoughts?

I use that one and another Bouncer recommed a while ago.

I was curious so looked it up on ConsumerLab.com, which does extensive laboratory testing of multivitamins for dosage accuracy, dissolvability and contaminants. they like this One-A-Day Mens Health Formula. the dosages are much lower than others targeted to those who train in a gym so i doubt its great but might be a good start for a newbie. it has no Iron which men don't need.

I use Kirkland Signature Premium Performance Multivitamin. I get it from Costco, 300 tablets for $11.79
I take one pill a day. I break the pill in half, and take one with breakfast and than the other post workout or later on in the day.

I saw that, and i was going to get it. But seriously, thats a lot of pill to be taking. Just a simple basic one will do the job.
