I haven't used creatine in 8 months and thought I would give it a try.

works about the same w/ less boat i use CEE a couple of times a year just to "mix it up" a bit.

400 caps for $30 bucks isnt really expensive.

will last me 3 months.

so just no bloat? i was under the impression that its absorption rate is much better.

I use it over monohydrate because less bloat like said above, I've been taking 8 tabs per day of the cnp brand since I came off my cycle and that along with eating six meals a day with carbs in all has meant that although I have a lil more body fat my strength has stayed, less a few reps.

I for one rate CEE in tablet form so long as you take enough and twice a day
