Im getting ready to bulk for a decent amount of time about 18 weeks and was wondering what types of supps you guys use when on gear and bulking? Im pretty basic but any input would be great if will help me out in this phase.
I take this but looking to add if it will help,Ive never been too heavy into the supps as I always thought they were not cost effective.
Multi vit and min
vit c
vit e
omega 3's
protein powder whey and casein
dextrose
glutimine
havent taken( creatine in many years never thought I got much from it)

anythoughts would be great or just list what you all take and any reasons why if not the obvious.
