No BCAA's, l-glutamine, l-arginine? I thought those three was well would be basics.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Posti like basics.
i feel like things like that just add to much complication to it all.
give me protein, creatine, multi-V, fish oil and i am good.
I also figured, that since I am naturally heavy, keeping my cortisol levels in check will help keep my weight down. If I as much as look at fried food, ice cream, etc, I put on weight. Due to this, I stress over my diet constantly. So again, checking down my cortisol levels I think would be beneficial.
Do you agree with my logic B? (Even if you don't think it is true for yourself.)

bcaa's and the other aminos you mention are in the protein powder and foods. no need for them extra.Originally posted by alwaysgrowing View PostNo BCAA's, l-glutamine, l-arginine? I thought those three was well would be basics.

no i dont really agree with the logic bro. the very act of "stressing over diet" will raise your cortisol levels higher then what the suppliment can do to lower them. lol.
lifting weights, relaxing, steroids, etc.. lower cortisol levels.
