i was considering staking a few sups but a friend told me that staking to much shit will just get me fat.. would these be bad?
morning- animal pak and protein shake
pre workout- nano vapor
during workout- waxy maize
post workout- anabolic halo
would staking these give me negative results?
any input on other sups?
