  • First day of fat burner and high blood pressure.

    Hi there,

I decided to start working out and lose weight. I'm taking whey protein, animal pak vitamins and animal cuts.
Well to make story short I measured my blood pressure today after returning home from work and I had 149 over 97.
I have a feeling this might be from the caffeine in the animal cuts (fat burner), correct me if I'm wrong. Should I be concern?
By the way I'm 5'7" 185lbs but very little muscle. I was surprised today at the gym I was able to run 2 miles w/o stopping or getting tired, oxygen was great and in previous attempts months ago I barely could run a mile before I had to stop.

the fat burner was probably doing it. That is full of caffiene and other products that affect your heart big time.

well I have higher bp than normal - when I'm on gear it hovers around 135/90 - when i throw in an eca or clen (haven't ran t3) - it sky rockets - that's one of my major gripes with running fat burners. I'd rather do another 30 minutes on a treadmill am/pm and not feel like dog shit all day. That being said if i have a goal - I've had my heart rate around 150/100 am - pm - and I don't think it's healthy, just saying I did it for awhile

Do you know what was your bp before you started your fat burner? If you didn't I say take a break for a few day( even though it was your first time) and check your bp for a few days straight to get some kind of a base line and go from there. Yes there is a huge possibility that the fat burner caused the the high bp but you better be sure about it because high blood pressure is not something that you wanna fuck with. There are millions of people out there who doesn't know they have high blood pressure and the only reason you checked yours was because of the funny feeling you get from the fat burner. So like I said take a break get a base line then go back on it.
          Better be safe then sorry.

I would keep an eye on it closely. You may have to stop if its causing you problems.
