1MR i think is much better than BSN, i tried BSN NO Xplode and it gave me tolerance to it after 2 weeks used only o training days, but with 1MR i think its best for your buck as u need only 1 scoop compare to 2 to 3 scoops of NO Xplode.
Try it 1/2 scoop then taper it up to see how your body responds to it.
1MR has 300mg of caffeine...
