  • How frequently do you change your supplements?

Several people are always looking for the "latest and greatest" when it comes to supplements.. When you find that right stack that works for you, do you continue with that particular stack or do you change it up? How frequently do you change your supplements?

Change it up. I use pre-workouts when i am cutting to help push me so I don't get tired from low carb.

only things I even take is an NO and pure CEE -- I don't see any gains near worth the price, seeing as how it's as expensive as juice these fuckin days !!!

With supplements changing frequently, there are so many new formulas and different forms that they come in (powder, capsules, premixed, etc.) Personally speaking, I keep consistent as well.. currently taking Omega 3's, Multi Vit., Whey Protein and Ramp Up.

The only thing I have switched in a while has been my pre-workout. Went from NO Xplod to Vassive NO, and now I think I'll have to find something else.
Other than that its a multi vitamin and fish oil from Costco
