  • Best supp not a pro hormone?

    What is the best supp for strength and size that is not a pro hormone? Trying to stay away from gyno producing supps. Also, would they require PCT? if so, what do you suggest after that supp?

    Any feedback is appreciated...thanks in advance.

    Only thing that would require PCT would be pro hormone type garbage, shit that messes with hormones.

    Supps I use:

    Whey Protein (concentrate/isolate mix)

    NO Xplode (pre training)

    Multi Vit

    Fish Oil

            I have used pro hormones before. Two cycles of Methyl Arimatest from MuscleMeds. I didn't notice any gyno or nothing. While being on them my sex drive was out of control, i noticed a little elevated body temperature and little acne, nothing severe. It worked i guess. Everything i wanted was in my diet, i leaned down quite a bit, and i assume the supplement helped me get stronger while cutting. Since I have been off them, my strength again has slowed down a tad. I did not use a PCT.

            Currently I am taking:

            100% Whey Protein
            Maltodextrin
            Mulitvitamin
            Fish Oil
            Casein & Whey blend
            BCAA's
