    what do you guys use? im doing p90x again after stoping for a while, want to no wats good protien to get?

        I personally use ON for 100% Whey Protein and i am happy. You can find Maltodextrin anywhere, brand doesn't matter. Its just a pharmacy grade sugar.


        I read that you're using NitroTech by MuscleTech. Its an expensive Whey Protein. Majority of your money is toward marketing. Once you're done get yourself another 100% Whey Protein.

            100% whey by cytosport (2 scoops) (50 grams protein)

            2 cups Grape Juice (80 grams Carbs)

            5 grams Creatine Monohydrate

                  grape juice is about 50% dextrose / 50% fructose

                  the fructose part isnt really the best for PWO but in real world application the amount of dextrose in grape juice is enough to cause the right amount of insulin spike.

                    how often do u guys have shakes, 3 times a day? if so when. sorry about all the questions i don't really know to much. if you could maybe just go threw a typical day from morning to night would be very helpful

                      i have only 1 shake with the grape juice and creatine.

                      i have 2 shakes with just protein powder.

                        Depending on my schedule is that day, I will have anywhere between 0-2 shakes.

                        No matter what, I will have 50g of Whey Protein and 25g of Maltodextrin post workout (lifting days)

                        On cardio days, I just have 50g of Whey Protein

                        If i need to supplement a meal replacement shake, I will have 50g of a Casein & Whey blend protein.

                              It's true in a sense. I was using malto and dextrose etc..

                              I'm real world use they work no better then grape juice. Grape juice is easier to get, I buy a bunch of big ass bottles from Costco.
