Dymatize has excellent casein & whey blend for a meal replacement. Its called Dymatize Elite. Never heard of Reflex.

I have a few pre-workout supplements from MP. Haven't tried them yet

Nature's Best is good, but its gets expensive.

i heard they whey is just as good as ON but cheaper. I will switch to that when i done.

i never tried optimum 100% whey gold standard, i tried their classic whey before

I like NOW for its value with my arginine, fish oil, carnitine and cal/mag
