    Ok, so i am running low on Maltodextrin. My 10lbs container from allthewhey lasted a while. I checked their website, they don't carry it anymore.

    What else can I use and where can i get from cheap?

    Basic grape juice here.

    Bigscott uses grape juice too I think.

        Waxy maize is garbage. Don't work like the science claims.

        Malto, dextrose, or basic grape juice are all fine.

          Ok, thanks Bouncer. Carrying juice isn't an option for me. I make all my stuff in the morning and throw in my bag and keep that in my car until the gym. So for my shake, i put in 50g of Whey Protein, and than 30g of maltodextrose, blender ball and thats it. After my workout, i add water, shake, and drink.

          I can get Dextrose, what's an appropriate amount to use? 5g? 30g? 50g?

            50-75 is what I would use.

              damn, way too much. 50g of Maltodextrin had me bloated postworkout and killed my appetite. I had to force a meal down an hour later. Using half a scoop or less worked better. Alright, Dextrose it is. Thank you for your help Bouncer
