    Aright guys, labor day weekend I met a hot chick at Surfclub. We hooked up. Instant gf. Bad move. I've been out of the gym for 4 months Sittin at home watching Jersey Shore and Pretty little liars with the crazy woman. Dumped the broad, and my vodka's debuting in florida end of March and I'm going to promote it at the Winter Music Conference in March and I can't be looking like Schlomo. I'm getting 2 things or igf lr3 cause I need to look good and fast. Never used the stuff before so can anyone with experience tell me anything about it? Wheres the best place to punch? When? And any other info I could use. Also can someone give me a real basic weekly schedule to get back on the horse in the gym? (mon chest-back Tues crosstrrain wed Bi's and Tri's etc). And if anyone wants to yell at me and reek me out, can you do it via private message? Thanks

    IGF isnt going to be quick like that, results are slower and mild.

    you would be better off with test prop and tren prop. maybe some winny.

          Tryin not to go the juice route cause I got the igf for free and need to save my pennies for miami and bachelor party in Vegas. And plus I'm gonna go all juiced out in spring/summer. Soooo just igf, protein and the gym for now. Im not Tryin to get huge, just look decent for Miami. Alternating thighs? Shoulders? Before; after workout?

            I noticed with IGF it didnt matter where I put it. I would put it in the muscle worked just cuz I am weird but it didnt matter.
            The IGF if legit will tighten you up assuming you BF is low enough it will work fine by its self.

              be better off cleaning up your diet, cardio, and maybe a fat burner stack.

              igf just doesnt work like you are thinking.

                Nothing ever works like I think it does. Haha. And my bf is always naturally low. 5.4 when training, 7 when I'm not. My metabolism is a mofo. But diet and cardio is part of this whole package. Qand hey, the igf is free so why not try I out. Just looking for the most productive way to do it via the advice of people with experience.
