OK.. serious question.
I have not seen a single scientific study that says that any NO product does ANYTHING useful. So, other than the dubious value of a feelgood pump, why use it? You can use caffeine and carbs pre-workout and get a pretty decent effect instead.
In fact, the only effect I have been able to ascertain is the weight loss effect that NO products have, on your wallet, that is.
