•Phosphatidylserine prevents the rise in cortisol following exercise
•Alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine amplifies Growth Hormone
•Promotes muscle growth and speeds recovery
•Amplifies testosterone & GH production
•Improves the testosterone to cortisol ratio
For those of you who are naturally heavier and retain water (I am in that crowd) this seems to help with water and fat retention. Phosphatidylserine is the generic name
Jack3d for me... Only problem is I feel I don't get a good workout in unless I take the stuff. Good Job USPlabs... I am addicted. I know its just mental but, I have considered not taking it for a while.
Interesting stuff... How long have you been using it? What type of results?
I've been using it for over a year. Half a does first thing in the morning, half a dose postworkout. Has basically no taste.
I stopped taking it for all of February to see if I felt a difference. My weight stayed the same, by face was visibly different. Assuming it was a water as I am naturally bloated. My blood pressure went up, but it is low to begin with so not a big deal (It tends to be between 100-110 over 66-70). At the end of the month I was 112/74. But it could have been just a stressful day. Stress raises cortisol, which should be minimized by phosphatidylserine.,
When I take it, I am thirsty (not sure if mental or physical) and drink more water. I don't get as sore after working out. My cardio workouts seem easier. And I feel better overall. Both mentally and physically
